Guest Speaker: President Mary introduced Suzzann Willett, who is Executive Director of Community Living and President of North Muskoka Rotary Club.
Suzzann Willett: Suzzann noted that the last few years have been challenging. She took an online Laughing Yoga course, which is about Health, Happiness and World Peace, lining up with Rotary’s objectives. We can laugh for no reason at all, just need to make eye contact. There are many health benefits to laughter. Laughing Yoga was started by a medical doctor in India, and there are now many Laughing Yoga clubs around the world.
