Today's speakers were Cody McIntyre and John McNutt from Junior Achievement

Cody is the Operations Manager for Junior Achievement Northern and Eastern Ontario and John McNutt the President and CEO of JA NEO

Cody spoke to us about the World of Choice Program in which students are exposed to potential careers and shown the career paths. High school students from grade 10 -12 meet with career mentors to learn about these choices.

John spoke to us about the Rotary and JA connection established by Barb and Cameron White in Muskoka. He said that Cameron would be glad to know that we have finally been able to bring the program to Parry Sound. Cameron had been working on this for some time.

A dozen programs were presented in Muskoka this past year.

Our club has supported JA through annual contributions of at least $2000 and additional funds via District Grants in some years.
