1. Upcoming Event Howdy Partners, This is just a reminder about the exciting rotary runaround coming up on Thursday March 29th. You won't want to miss it!!! The evening begins at East Side Mario's at 5:30 where we'll saddle up and board the bus (to depart at 6pm). Our first destination is The Mainstreet Local where we will enjoy a scrumptious appetizer with your choice of a glass of wine or beer, then onward to 3 Guys and A Stove for a mouth watering entree with choice of beer or wine, and finally to Hidden Valley for a yummy dessert with wine or beer. The night will wrap up back at East Side Mario's by 10pm. The theme is country western! Tickets are $67/person and you can sign up by email or at the next 2 meetings. Just let me know how many tickets you need and how you would like to pay for those tickets. The deadline to get tickets is Wednesday March 21. Sign up soon, space is limited on the bus! YEEHAW!!! The North Muskoka Rotary Club is selling perogies as a fundraiser again this year See Nick for purchase details. Judy Blazic from Camp Huronda spoke to us about a fundraiser that they are doing to help bring kids with Type 1 diabetes to Camp. They are doing a Sharon and Bram concert at the Algonquin Theatre and hope to raise $9000 The Rotary Club of Huntsville donated $500 to this cause. |
