Introduction of Guest Speaker: Rick Wearing introduced Yvonne Heath . Yvonne is the Founder of Love Your Life to Death and the #IJustShowedUp movement. Since 2015, she has been sharing her message globally using heart and humour and humaness. Yvonne talked to us about helping people navigate the dying process. She spoke of the inspiration she got from Dr Patch Adams and his use of humour to overcome many difficult situations. She encouraged us to "Just Show Up" and be with others in difficult times. As well she encouraged us to Show up for ourselves, checking in to find what we are missing Mentally Emotionally and Physically. Yvonne's book is Love Your Life to Death.
