Our lunch speaker was Peter Jennings, author of many books including "Why Being Happy Matters".  Peter spoke to us about how he came to writing this fantastic book on Happiness.  Peter explained that he had interviewed 37 people from all different walks of like, listening to inspirational stories, all dealing with Happiness.

Peter has written all his life but since 2009 he decided to write for himself.  Peter was at our club to speak about his previous book Shark Assault, a book he collaborated with Nicole Moore.

If you want to learn about the 7 Life Principles of Happiness....buy his book.
