“A Taste of Manilla” Slide Show Presentation by Will and Carol Gibson, and Mary and Bill Rashleigh of their trip to Philippines for the International Friendship and Youth Exchange in January 2023.
They showed the lines of traffic, different modes of transportation, churches (mostly Roman Catholic), homeless shelters, medical clinic, schools, quarry, art museum, scenery and much more.
A few points:  Not every child in Philippines goes to school; the Filipino people take many, many photographs; one Rotary club there still does not admit women, because like to drink at meetings; English was spoken by most people; Rotary is a way of life in Philippines.

A group of about twenty people from Philippines will be coming to Huntsville for three days in September.  Mary presented banners from their host Rotary clubs to Jennifer.
                                              :
President Jennifer thanked the Gibsons and Rashleighs for their presentation.  Mary noted that Carol did all the work.
