Tara Kerr , a registered holistic nutritionist, spoke to our Club on January 24th. Tara operates Gus and Gigi's on Main St which is a holistic pet food store. Tara brought us a message that we should be critically looking at the foods that we eat and concentrate our shopping on the outside aisles of the Grocery store. If you don't understand what is in the package after you read a label , question whether this is something you should be eating. Rotate your foods to avoid sensitivities. She recommended 2 supplements  Silverwater and probiotics .
