Rotary International consists of 80% males with Huntsville at 61%
largest age bracket is 50-69 at 27% of membership
Last year 150,000 members left 12% of those with service under a year
WHY? Too expensive
Too much time commitment
Club environment not satisfactory

NEW Coffee Talk program 2 committee members will meet with 2 members to have an open discussion about issues of concern with a goal to meet with everyone over the next 6 months
